Delivery & Returns

Here you will find practical information about dispatch, delivery, workshop collection and returns for products ordered from the B-DESIGN Store.

1. Availability and dispatch

Product availability is shown on the relevant product page.

Delivery within 24/48 hours* - item in stock
* Delivery time may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

Dispatch within 3 to 8 days* - supplier stock
* Subject to availability from the supplier.

Where a product is shown as supplier stock, B-DESIGN checks its availability before continuing to process the order.

If the product becomes unavailable or the supplier’s expected timeframe becomes unusually long, B-DESIGN will inform the customer so that the appropriate solution can be agreed.

2. Delivery methods

Depending on the destination and available services, B-DESIGN may offer:

  • Colissimo;
  • Chronopost;
  • home delivery;
  • delivery to a pickup point;
  • delivery to a parcel locker;
  • collection from the B-DESIGN workshop.

The delivery methods actually available for your order are displayed during checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, destination and the carrier selected.

3. Collection from the B-DESIGN workshop

Where workshop collection is available and selected, the customer will be informed once the order is ready for collection.

Products are handed over after full payment of the order.

4. Right of withdrawal

Where a consumer purchases goods at a distance and no statutory exception applies, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the goods in which to exercise the right of withdrawal.

For orders concluded online, a dedicated function is available on the B-DESIGN website allowing the customer to submit a withdrawal request directly online.

The customer may also contact B-DESIGN at info@b-design.fr.

5. Returning the product

After exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal request.

Unless B-DESIGN provides a different address, returns must be sent to:

The customer is responsible for arranging the return and bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

Customers are advised to use a shipping method appropriate to the nature and value of the goods and allowing proof of shipment to be retained.

6. Refunds

Where the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, B-DESIGN refunds the amounts due in accordance with the applicable regulations.

For the sale of goods, B-DESIGN may withhold the refund until the goods have been recovered or until the customer provides evidence that they have been dispatched.

Where the original delivery charges must be refunded, reimbursement is limited to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the relevant order.

The refund is made using the same payment method as that used for the original order unless another method is agreed and does not result in any cost to the customer.

7. Personalised products

The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

Where this exception applies to a product, the customer is informed before confirming the order.

8. Damaged goods or delivery issues

If you experience a delivery issue or a problem with a product received, please contact B-DESIGN at info@b-design.fr, quoting your order number and, where useful, attaching photographs showing the issue.

All applicable statutory guarantees remain fully applicable in accordance with the B-DESIGN Store Terms & Conditions.
