A B-Design project is prepared step by step

Each B-Design helmet paintwork is unique. This is why every project must be properly prepared in order to start in the best conditions. This page allows you to understand the ordering process, the information we need from you, the steps required to create your future B-Design helmet, and to make your first contact with us for the study of your project.

1. The helmet

The first step is to know whether you already own the helmet that will be used for your B-Design paintwork, or whether you wish to order a new helmet through us.

You already own your helmet:

We will need to know its brand and model in order to send you the form adapted to your request.

You wish to order a helmet through us:

Please indicate the desired brand and model among the brands we distribute (Arai, Bell, Stilo and Schuberth), or let us know in your request if your choice has not yet been defined.

2. The B-Design form

Once the first contact has been made and the information about the helmet to be painted has been provided, we will send you the form adapted to your project, together with an explanatory guide to help you complete it as effectively as possible.

This form allows all the information needed to study your future B-Design paintwork to be gathered in one document: your expectations, your tastes, your colours, your references, your inspirations, useful graphic elements, any partners to be included and the accessories concerned.

The references and sources of inspiration you send us help us better understand your tastes, your universe and your expectations, in order to create a B-Design helmet paintwork that is truly your own, without reproducing an existing design.

3. Quote and validation

Once the form has been completed and the necessary elements have been received, we study your request and prepare a quote. The usual response time is 24 to 48 hours.

To validate the order, several documents must be returned signed, including the quote, the general terms and conditions of sale and the production framework*.

* The production framework is sent with the quote. It specifies the working conditions related to deadlines, the estimated production period and communication regarding the progress of the project. It allows the order to be confirmed within a clear framework, respectful of the planning and the working rhythm required for each B-Design paintwork.

If you provide your helmet:

The order is validated after the signed documents have been returned and a 30% deposit on the B-Design paintwork has been paid. Sending the helmet as soon as the order is validated is preferable for organisation purposes, but it may be adapted according to the planned production period.

If the helmet is ordered through us:

The helmet is paid for at the time of order. Payment for the B-Design paintwork and the associated elements will be requested before the helmet enters production, according to the terms indicated in the quote.

4. Deadlines and production

Each B-Design project is integrated into a schedule. The indicated timeframe is an estimated production period, defined according to the complexity of the project, the current schedule and the receipt of the necessary elements. This estimate does not constitute a fixed delivery date.

5. Send your first request

To start your project, please complete the contact form below. It will allow us to reply efficiently and then send you the B-Design form adapted to your helmet and your request.

Please let us know whether you already own your helmet or whether you wish to order it through us. Also indicate the desired helmet brand and model, or let us know if your choice has not yet been defined.

You can also present your project in a few words in the message field. The full details of your B-Design paintwork will then be requested in the form we will send you by email.

After receiving your request, we will get back to you with the information adapted to your helmet and your B-Design project.
